Cooking Help Wanted

Kitchen Manager- Rowe Conference Center is known for delicious, nutritious vegetarian food. Rowe Camp, in the summer, serves meat once a day.  We’re looking for someone to maintain our traditions: someone experienced with vegetarian cooking for groups, well organized, and with good supervisory and customer service skills. Associate Chef – Excellent cooking and supervisory skills are needed. Summer responsibilities include cooking and supervising the summer kitchen staff. Fall, winter, and spring responsibilities include cooking and kitchen housekeeping.    Click for more info.

Summer Cooks - This 3- month contract position starts on June 15th and ends on Sept. 14th. This position requires cooking, baking, and bread making skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good taste, teamwork, and a sense of humor. Click for more info.

Summer Prep Cooks - Join the kitchen staff in preparing 2 or 3 meals per day for 75-120 people. Experience is helpful, a love of cooking and the ability to work well under pressure are a must. Good prep skills, safe food-handling procedures, the ability to work hard, follow directions, and work as a team in a fast paced-environment are essential.  A good sense of humor, self-motivation, and a desire to learn are encouraged.
