An Enlightenment Residential

Greg Branson & Trevor Iszatt
May 17-20 (Thursday evening-Sunday evening)

It seems incredible that the vast majority of people go through life without directly experiencing who they are. We relate to ourselves and the world through our senses. We think, we reason, we feel, but we do not know. The traditional Zen enlightenment process is geared to the needs of the eastern seeker. For the more impatient western temperament, it has been shown that by fully communicating ourselves to others, the direct experience of enlightenment can more easily be attained and more readily assimilated into our daily lives.

This group process is a highly effective way to attain genuine self-realization. By the third day most participants have begun to experience the basic truths that one reads about in eastern texts: we are all 100% responsible for our lives; we are not separate from any part of this universe; as perfect beings we can exist only in the eternal now. These truths rise up from deep within and, if worked on, will become a permanent underpinning of one's life and thought.

Beyond that is Enlightenment. We offer a rigorous process that does not require any belief structure to participate in. Indeed preconceived ideas are a barrier to enlightenment. All you have to do is to be willing to open to the truth that is available to your experience when you let go of the mental and emotional baggage that you usually carry around with you. Many people give a correct answer in the first day, but answers are not the experience, and often one has often to go through periods where doubt, despair, anger, and fear come up before the ego lets go and the true self is experienced directly.

This intensive is rigorous and requires real commitment. To read more, please go here. It lasts a day-and-a-half longer than a normal Rowe program and costs an additional $120. It is a journey well worth taking and the experienced workshop leaders will support you fully as you plumb the depths on your path of inner discovery.
