The workshop will begin with a simple and powerful meditation. Then

of humor, sometimes giving amusing and useful homework. As we listen, we
see ourselves more gently and sweetly, and with compassion. Emmanuel's

voice than our own heart's knowing. Our pain stems from turning away from
our own truth, so he brings us back to the ultimate authority of our heart's
