LifeSpark is about giving full expression to your personal power and your inner beauty. To do this, we create a community of kindred spirits who inspire and support each other in sharing dreams, overcoming fears, and becoming strong in body, mind, and spirit. Multi-modal teaching techniques are designed to stimulate all senses and engage all parts of the brain and body for optimum development.
A spectrum of activities that work from the inside out will help you re-shape your thinking patterns, expand your creativity, and energize your body. Visualizations set to movement -- T'ai Ch'i, breathwork, and even boogie -- will help you embody new thought processes that allow you to express your authentic self. Writing, drawing, moving, and imaging are just some of the techniques used. The program is rigorous yet safe and encouraging for people at all levels of fitness and personal growth.
What is your purpose? What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?
How can you develop passion to achieve your wildest dreams? During this
highly experiential program, you will learn powerful techniques of creative
visualization, life-scripting, and ways to use your own body to clarify
your goals and manifest what you want in your life. You will benefit from
the collective creativity of the group to expand your options, focus your
intention, and confidently launch your projects. Get ready for an adventure!
