It feels great to receive Reiki and many report an increase in energy, an acceleration of healing, deep relaxation, and a profound sense of well-being. Some people think that even more joy is experienced in the offering of Reiki than in the receiving of it. As your hands gently rest on yourself or another and the Reiki flows through, there is an experience of deep, heart-centered connection. It is as if the giver and receiver are being bathed in unconditional love.
Reiki can be effective whether offered informally with a brief touch or formally in a treatment session. Not only is Reiki results-producing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, but it is also easy and fun to do and doesn't require a lot of time. Connect with your core energy to become an instrument for healing. Empower yourself as a conduit for channeling the life force.
In this workshop, you'll learn the history and how healthcare facilities are successfully utilizing Reiki. You'll practice doing Reiki on yourself and others and leave this experiential class with a certificate, notebook and pin, trained to use this ancient, gentle, hands-on healing tool to promote balance and harmony and to create a deeper, more loving connection with yourself, others and even your pets. It's so simple, even children use it to feel and heal better.
