We'll learn to relax and quiet the mind and body using breathing and visualization techniques. We'll learn to send and receive information telepathically. We'll learn how animals communicate to us through pictures (mental images), feelings, impressions, thoughts, and more. We'll learn how we can communicate with them, and we'll learn to fine-tune questions to gain the most accurate information from them. We'll work with animals, asking specific questions that can be validated, and learn to ask appropriate questions to find out the cause and needs of animals that have problems.
Animals often inspire loving relationships with people and are frequently regarded as family members. Both animals and humans begin communication by forming mental pictures of what they want to say. Animals simply send the image to the mind of the person or animals with whom they want to "speak." These images express the animal's innermost thoughts and feelings.
Trusting ourselves is the most difficult part. How do we know we didn't just imagine it or make it up? Telepathy exists, but do we believe that the information received is real? You can learn to understand your animal's feelings, desires, and concerns in a language that will open the door to your animal's heart and mind and teach you more about your own. This experiential workshop is designed to instill confidence, so we'll leave knowing our experience was "real," and we'll feel comfortable practicing with our animals at home. There will be experiences with animals in the workshop, but we will provide those animals. Bring photos of your own animals so you can learn to communicate long distance.
Carol Gurney is one of the foremost Animal Communicators in the world and the first to offer a fully comprehensive training program. In 1980, Carol faced a health crisis with her own cat. A vet could offer no answers, but recommended an animal communicator, an experience that inspired her and became the focus of her life. She's been teaching people to communicate heart-to-heart with animals since 1986, appears frequently on national television, radio, and in print, and is a renowned lecturer. Bantam Dell published her book, The Language of Animals 7 Steps to Communicating with Animals, in 2001. She is an avid sportswoman and a gifted teacher who creates a nurturing and safe space where people can let go of their fears of being wrong. Her warmth and encouragement allows each person to recognize his or her own special qualities. The focus of Carol's work is helping people explore their attitudes and actions toward their animals, as well as themselves. She recognizes the direct reflection and unconditional love that animals offer. We welcome her on her first visit to Rowe.
