Couples' Massage

Jeff Levin and Patrice Colle
March 22-24

Massage is a wonderful way for partners to support one another through loving, receptive touch and reclaim their natural capacity for pleasure. In this workshop, we'll learn specific, hands-on, massage techniques, intuitive approaches, and a way to be mindful of the intent that we put into healing touch. We'll also integrate elements of movement, acupressure, meditation, reflexology, yoga, and stretching. Partners draw on the aspects of the teaching that works with their individual needs and experience. In a warm and supportive atmosphere, couples explore: Using touch in both harmonious and challenging times can contribute to more vibrancy and serenity in our work, play, sleep, sexuality, and communication. Combining movement, meditation, and massage can help us manage stress, renew ourselves as individuals and as a couple, and revitalize intimacy within the relationship. CEUs available.
