In this workshop, we'll look at what brings Aliveness into interactions with others. We'll use drawings, movement, writing, singing, dream theatre, and partner meditations to experience different aspects of ourselves more fully. With partners, in small groups, and with the group as a whole, we'll use Gestalt and Jungian process work and experiment with creative risk taking and truth-telling.
By expanding our ways of being with others, we can have exciting, interesting, and revealing encounters. Some will last a few minutes, others an hour or a weekend, and some for a lifetime. With our hearts leading the way we can reclaim our innate wisdom and courage. We can use these tools to enhance our connections with friends, family, or potential partners. This workshop invites us to challenge the obstacles that prevent us from becoming lovers in a world that cries out for love.
