***SORRY***Loving Work***CANCELLED***

Oct 10-12

You can love your work. Let's face it, who doesn't want to be happy, to love and be loved? Yet how many of us grant ourselves this birthright in our work lives?

"It's a helluva start, being able to recognize what makes you happy." Lucille Ball

This weekend offers the opportunity to discover (or rediscover) your love and passion, recognizing that "work is love made visible" (Gibran) , and integrate the discovery into your life in a more meaningful way. In this time of enormous social change when so many find it difficult to know the answers or what to do, it is essential for each of us to discover a way to make a positive difference both in our own lives and in the world. We are being called to be everyday heroes. Luckily, each of us is given the light, the power, and the wisdom to be such a hero. And sometimes it's true that "two heads are better than one"; adding a whole group's encouragement can be the best yet.

Research has shown that those who access a professional career coach or support group get more fulfilling jobs , both personally and financially. Like having a navigator along on a trip, a good coach can see vistas and opportunities that you miss. And can see the excellence in you that you don't always notice, freeing you to best express that excellence. This weekend with longtime professional coach Susan M. Satya provides inspiration, direction and support to help you meet the challenges of a working life, drawing on both collective and personal wisdom, so you can go about the business of making positive changes, realizing your dreams and contributing your best. Come acquire a new or improved toolkit for success and happiness that you can take home along with a sense of direction, mission, and sustainable change. Unleash a focus on possibility, made accessible and practical as well as joyful and creative. Learn to cultivate the useful aspects of your intuition. Identify and address patterns, share problems, and glean helpful solutions. Discover and maximize your resources and options.

Through structured exercises, large and small group support, discussion, ideas and feedback you will have the opportunity to work on your concerns, such as building skills in communication, decision making, dealing with difficult people, career or job transition, conflict resolution, leadership development, stress management, and balancing work and family. There will also be time for quiet introspection and opportunities to enjoy camaraderie and fun, all in the midst of the glorious fall foliage. In addition to Susan's coaching input throughout the weekend, she will offer one on one coaching time to each participant, either during the weekend, after the workshop on Sunday, or scheduled via phone for when you return home (some may want initial assistance; others will want support for staying on track). Honoring your right livelihood and being your Divine self gives you ultimate freedom, yet freedom comes with responsibility. This workshop is an opportunity to ask, "What is my responsibility?" and get support, inspiration, tools, information, and ideas to put into action.
