For over three decades, Sarah Benson has been working with music, the universal language of the soul. We will use chanting, imagery, story, spontaneous soundings without language, movement, meditation, deep relaxation, to expand our capacity to send and receive vibrational messages. We will learn to open our voices and shift our energy using song and play in both structured and improvisational settings. We will learn to appreciate the miraculous instruments we are and how to tune ourselves up. Feel the pulse in blood and bone. This is joyous and revealing work for nonmusicians, who will enter a new world of creative expression, and for musicians and singers, whose music will be enriched by going to the source of their sound.

Saruah Sarah Benson is a master musician and poet of the soul. A sound healing therapist and spiritual guide, she is cofounder and director of the Earth Sound Light Center. She created Source Sound Soul Energetics and travels internationally with her inner- and interdimensional music and sound healing wisdom. A teacher of teachers and advises students in the Expressive Therapies at Leslie University and Omega Theater. She translates human energy into healing music and many have awakened to their own soul songs in her presence. Saruah has released eight tapes of original music, including the highly acclaimed Flutes of Interior Time, and the most recent release with Jim Ballard, Mother, Gaia, Maga - Healing Music for the Earth.
