Henry Grayson’s insights and practices provide a means to dissolve our barriers to love and intimacy, so we are able to love more freely.  When there’s a problem in a relationship, we usually say, “It’s not me, it’s you!” We see the source of love as external, in another person. Love is not a commodity to get from another, nor is it an emotion that rules us, but is a conscious powerful decision. Therefore, we can always have love in our lives. Rather than involving us in daunting tasks that require us to relive painful experiences and take years to heal, Dr. Grayson uses practices that are fast and fun. One barrier, our repetitive thought patterns, affects our relationships as much or more than what we say or do.  We will learn quick and easy ways to change thoughts that keep interfering with our peace of mind. Drawing on insights from the New Physics, as well as Eastern and Western spiritual thought, we’ll begin to transform the ways we love while finding our true Self at the same time. Ultimately, we can find happiness and empowerment within our relationships, in the present moment, so both love and passion can begin to flow freely.  This is a practical workshop which offers solutions to longstanding problems. We hope you will join us on Dr. Grayson’s first visit to Rowe.
