Massage is a wonderful way for partners to support one another through loving touch and by reclaiming our natural capacity for pleasure. We’ll learn specific massage techniques, intuitive approaches, and a way to be mindful of the intent that we put into healing touch. In a warm and supportive atmosphere, couples will explore active listening, inner balance, visualization, quiet centering, and learn how to use the body while giving massage. We’ll complement our massage time with gentle yoga, humor, meditation, stretching, breathwork, and couples postures. This fun-filled retreat is an opportunity to renew ourselves as individuals and as a couple. Come with your partner to revitalize intimacy within our relationships.

Jeff Levin draws on 20 years experience integrating a number of body-oriented and hands-on approaches as a muscular therapist. Formally the director of Medical Massage at Shattack Hospital in Boston, now he maintains a private practice and consults with corporations and hospitals to integrate massage and stress reduction programs into their organizations. Patrice Collé is a certified yoga instructor, certified healing touch practitioner, and bodywork practioner with over 25 years experience in maternity nursing, massage, holistic health, yoga, relaxation, and healing.
