April 23-25, 2004
From the time most of us were children, our culture has been training us to look outside ourselves for fulfillment, security, and satisfaction. Eventually there comes a time of tuning inward, sometimes as the result of a great crisis in our life. It is a time to begin the search for that which is unchanging, never lost, and ultimately fulfilling.
Healing the grief of the loss of a loved can be extremely moving in ones life. This is a very sensitive subject and John Welshons brings a deep sincerity and compassion to this vital work. We will have the opportunity to bring our feelings to the surface and to work with them in a way that is truly helpful. Amid sorrow, there are still opportunities for joy.
Through lecture, meditation, group sharing, stress-reduction, and various physical and experiential exercises dawn from some of the worlds great spiritual traditions, John will lead this inspirational and uplifting workshop. We will learn practical tools that can be employed immediately; tools that will help us find balance, calmness and peace. We will also take away new methods of continuing the work we start in the workshop. We will return home feeling renewed and refreshed, with a new sense of love for and connection to loved ones who have died. Eventually, it is possible to find real joy, fulfillment, gratitude, and love in our lives.
John is a major mover in the forces of light. He has aided many many people with great care. There is no one we would trust more than John. We just LOVE him!
