We live in interrelated, overlapping realms. Some we know well, others that remain mysterious. Our day and night dreams connect these worlds, forming a web that links our inner and outer landscapes.

Explore the realms of our dreams, our worlds, and our selves. Become more aware and confident of our inner voice and our sources of wisdom as we travel these worlds. Learn from our own dreams, intuitions, and visions become more connected to our inner source of guidance.

You don’t have to be an expert at remembering your dreams. Just be willing to be open to your dream world. You will experience a variety of creative approaches to unearth layers of dream know-ledge—Gestalt therapy, drawings, poetry, movement, active imagination, and meditation. Within a supportive group circle for exploring and sharing. You will learn specific skills that you can continue to use with your unfolding dream process.

Play can be easy, light, forgiving, and fun, and will be woven into our work on symbolic, therapeutic, spiritual, and energetic levels.
