Commitment to your art is a daily practice; it is a spiritual discipline. Our creativity expands and contracts as our multifaceted lives ebb and flow around family, work, health, and being alive. Making art central to your life takes great courage and tenacity.

During this retreat from the clamoring world, we will learn to listen carefully to ourselves, replacing our self-limiting beliefs with our vision. We will renew our commitment to creativity and restructure the way we live so our art is integrated into our lives. We will also restore our vitality, flexibility, wisdom, and strength through daily yoga practice.

If you’re wondering why everything seems to take priority over your art, if you struggle to define yourself as an artist, if you’re tired of working in isolation, if you’re ready to take the artist in you seriously, if you are ready to move to the next level, and if you are willing to face your fears and make changes, then this retreat is for you.

Poets, performers, visual artists, designers, writers, and musicians will gather to remind ourselves why making art is essential, inspiring each other with the brilliance of our creativity. All levels of experience with yoga and with art are welcome. Our self-scrutiny will be vigorous and invigorating; our yoga gentle. Please join us.
