A magnificent spark happens each summer when we bring
together the WomenCircles community and the glorious
spirits of Rowe land.  We arrive from all directions and life styles to create an ancient temple for a unique women’s healing program. For 35 years, women have returned to this land to explore and be a part of the powerful evolution of WomenCircles’ sacred mysteries. It is a place where old friends bring new friends and together find time to enjoy each other’s company and mystical spirits. We create our own Brigadoon or Mists of Avalon that we can return to each year to heal, to rest, and to retreat into our mystical selves.

Together we build  on ancient myth and explore new ways of looking at hidden messages. We apply what we learn to our lives and the world. Through a carefully designed program developed by a powerful core staff of women, we embrace the magical experiences surrounding the summer’s goddess as we learn ways to claim her transformative powers for our own and to commit to her healing work. We come to experience simple truths and moments of exquisite happiness. We ask only two things from each participant: to be present in the moment and to stay in her heart.

This year we will seek a special lightness within ourselves that we have long thought was gone forever. We will stand together in circle and become one ray of hope among millions in the world. We will step lightly on paths not taken and find the new possibility of an old dream through the heart of the Goddess Danu, who holds the spark of renewal. We will learn the mystery of Danu, whose river is the Danube and whose influence spreads far and wide in history. We will find her story within ourselves in a place long forgotten. We will invoke her mystical wonders, and, like a blue river of fairy sparkle, we will embrace the gifts from the glorious land of Rowe. While we explore the powerful flow of Danu, we will learn to be clear, precise, and open, thus experiencing silence in moments of great joy when our hearts are able speak to each other.
