Breema is a comprehensive, unifying method using nurturing touch, tension-relieving stretches, and rhythmic movements to create physical, mental, and emotional balance. As body, mind, and feelings unite in a common aim, we become present and are able to move in harmony with the natural laws that govern life and health. We experience a natural vitality and a deep connection to all life. As our being participates in our life, it guides us toward higher levels of consciousness in which we can wake up to our essential nature.

The workshop will include instruction in Breema bodywork (movement sequences done with another person), Self-Breema exercises (movements done using one’s own body), and the application of the Nine Principles of Harmony, the key to the system’s enlivening effect on both practitioner and recipient. By working with the principles as we practice, we simplify and purify the activity of the mind and feelings, inviting a higher level of consciousness that is less mechanistic and more purposeful. Breema supports our ability to experience deep receptivity and tangible well-being, and gives us practical ways to deepen our relationship to life while nurturing our bodies.

Through practicing and receiving Breema, we can move toward tasting the essential unity of all existence. Breema and its unifying principles speak directly to the heart and give us a taste of what it means to move, think, and feel naturally. If you are interested in being more present in your life, please come. Nurture and renew yourself as you learn practical tools for maintaining health, harmony, and balance in everyday life. Return to your regular activities refreshed, with more energy and a new perspective.

If you attended last year’s workshop, you can expect all new sequences and a totally fresh perspective this year! CEU credits in Bodywork are available for this workshop, which will take place in our beautiful chapel with rugs and padding on the floor. For more information, visit www.breema.com.
