Jean Houston, Ph.D, is an internationally known philosopher, author, behavioral scientist, and cultural historian. Since 1965, she has studied states of consciousness, accelerated mental processes, time expansion, neural re-patterning, creativity, and strategies for expanding consciousness. She continues to develop revolutionary ways of unlocking the latent human capacities and activating the highest mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual capacities of those she teaches. She has written 26 books, including A Passion for the Possible, A Mythic Life, Life Force, The Possible Human, Godseed, The Search for the Beloved, and Mind Games .
Dr. Houston will co-teach with Peggy Rubin, who is an author, renowned classical actor, education and public information director for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and founder-director of the Center for Sacred Theater. Ms. Rubin has been Dr. Houston’s teaching associate for the past 25 years and is recognized as a leading teacher in the human potential field.
