Meeting Schedule – 2008/2009

Board Meeting Dates 2008/2009

With the exception of Members and Friends weekend and the annual retreat, Saturdays are for committee meetings and the board meeting starts after breakfast on Sunday.  Board meetings are open to all who want to attend.  Members are also welcome and encouraged to participate on committees.

All Posted Board Meetings are held at Rowe Camp and Conference Center and are open to anyone who is interested in coming. Committee meetings are held on Saturday and Board Meetings on Sunday at 9:30 AM. Please notify the office if you plan to attend and stay for lunch.

Board members who need overnight  accommodations must register with the Rowe Office. You may register online here:
